New immigrant to Israel with no tech background, no family
support.
Experience in navigating through big organizations, how to
bring an impact in a new role.
Expertise in Product, customer facing activities (training,
demo, POCs, onboarding, etc), understanding of sales
process and commercial pain points and challenges,
problem solving state of mind. Very socially oriented -
speak to people before customers.

What will the sessions look like?
As a mentee, first, you will get a broader understanding of
how to navigate through the hi-tech Israeli world (new
immigrant approach), and how to bring an impact into your
role. We will also deep-dive into presentation skills,
customer success activities, we will learn the best practices
to approach and convey the right message to your
interlocutor. By the end of the mentorship process, you will know the right strategies and tactics to ensure you rock
your role, know how to ask the right questions, and bring
value your customers.
