What do I want you to know about me?
I am very passionate about all things related to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, and I spent the last 8 years perfecting my skills.
I love talking about Talent Acquisition so much that I started my own YouTube channel last year where I again like to talk about Talent Acquisition and try to show people what it actually is and how it works from the “inside”.
I started in agency recruitment, then moved to outsource company, and ended up in a product Talent Acquisition space. I started from sourcing and grew to a Team Manager role in that time, I have also worked on improving the processes, implementing best practices, and training hiring managers and hiring teams on interviewing best practices.
What will the sessions look like?
I want to show what Talent Acquisition actually is, that means that I would start from the basics of why is Talent Acquisition important to any business to be successful.
The mentee (depending on their goals) will get a bigger picture of how Talent Acquisition operates, how it contributes to the business, and why is it important to have a good relationship with the specialists that are working in Talent Acquisition.
