What do I want you to know about me?
In the past 6 years at Similarweb, I’ve been building and leading relationships in any possible industry/solution. From Small businesses, Enterprises and Strategic accounts within various sectors: Finance, Publishing, Retail, Ad Networks, Investors and more. I’ve been a top performer, closing the largest most complex deals in the company. Throughout my career I’ve had my own mentors who helped me overcome different obstacles and grow in my role. I would love to help develop my mentees professionally and most importantly, maintain a good work-life balance, because we’re not saving lives here
What will the sessions look like?
These meetings are not only for Account Managers but anyone in an external-facing role (Sales, BizDev, CSA, etc). As a mentee, you will learn how to map out organizations, speak to different business users, create strong business relationships, and maximize client spend in a consultative sales approach. We’ll create a plan together to help you achieve your goals, based on areas of focus you would like to develop in.

Come to the sessions with your agenda and discussion points. Be prepared to self-reflect and share your learnings and feedback every week. This is very much an open discussion, if something along the process is “not working” be open to share.
