What do I want you to know about me?
I have worked in 7 different organizations since 2002 in various industries (from law firms to a chain of gym franchises) and ranging in size from less than 20 people to more than 65,000. I have helped with an IPO and worked in a newly-acquired company being integrated into the larger parent company. I also spent years chasing a certain kind of job, and then changed course after being laid off from that job. Through the years I’ve experienced a lot of different working environments, managers, executive teams, and daily challenges, and I have learned the value of proactively managing your own career path.
What will the sessions look like?
Our sessions will be what you want them to be – you can have specific topics or questions or just broad concepts you’d like to discuss. I’ll give you frank answers from me and ask pointed questions. Hopefully what you will get out of it is a new perspective on your daily life in SimilarWeb or the bigger picture of your career overall from having a sounding board for whatever is on your mind. NOTE: Being my mentee will not automatically move your legal requests to the top of my queue!
