What do I want you to know about me?
I am a trained Organizational Psychologist specialising in supporting people to use psychology and behavioural economics to enhance performance in the workplace.
I build management and leadership programmes to support managerial growth at every level and I provide leadership assessments to understand managers/leaders areas of strength and development. I frequently coach managers and leaders through their dilemmas and have worked across a range of companies and with all leadership levels, from First Line Managers to C-Level.
I am passionate about helping people, psychology and behavioural economics.
I will be a good mentor as I have a lot of experience mentoring managers and leaders to develop their skills and capabilities to become the best versions of themselves.
What will the sessions look like?
We will mutually decide areas development to discuss.
I believe the mentee will receive practical tools they can implement immediately to solve their key pain points and will also be trained on managerial principles so that they can use these principles to solve any future issues that arise.
