What do I want you to know about me?
My change expertise span across multiple roles/project, functions (Finance, SalesOps, Strategy, and Sales), and industries (Logistics, B2C MarketPlace, B2B software, and AdTech) – I am passionate about helping people understanding the different elements of change management, what drives corporate politics and how to deal with them, and how this all related to career progression and your future.
What will the sessions look like?
As part of the mentorship process you’ll gain a better understanding of the different corporate functions, what drives their success and daily behaviours, and how to understand and interpret the various cross functional interactions. We’ll look together at your goals – whether it’s a project you own, a change that you’re trying to deliver in/outside your team, or any other career aspiration – and work together on mapping the existing situation and create tactics to help you succeed.

The length and the depth of the mentorship process will very much depend on you and your goals – but you should expect a monthly 60-90 very open discussions for 3-6 months
