What do I want you to know about me?
I have had numerous different roles in different industries, from M&A in an investment bank, to business development, financial planning & analysis at an FMCG, and at SimilarWeb I’ve worked as a Strategic Consultant, Solution Engineer, Solutions Business manager, and now Director. My breadth of experience has helped me figure out my weaknesses, but more importantly my strengths, and how to home in on them –this has helped me get to where I am today
What will the sessions look like?
I want to help mentees build and develop their own ideas and confidence, within and outside of Similarweb. Part of this process is helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses, so that they can plan, communicate and execute effectively I also want to help people with their own career development, by helping them create a career path. By the end of the process, I want the mentee to really have developed a sense of purpose to reach the next milestone or stage of their career
