What do I want you to know about me?

I am passionate about customer experience and providing a 5* service to our clients. I have been a trainer for 6 years and specialize in product adoption.

What will the sessions look like?

As a mentee you will get a broader understanding of how to build trust and maintain rapport with customers through listening skills and conscious communication. You will also learn best practices for onboarding and training in today’s SaaS companies. By the end of the mentorship process, you will know the right tactics to apply during various stages of the client relationship and deploy effective training programs.
