What do I want you to know about me?
I have over 12 years of client management experience, starting in managing customers from my own business out of college, through most recently 6 years of enterprise account management work. I’ve managed clients from the largest companies in the world and have consistently been a top performer across all measurable kpi’s. More important than my success, I’ve also had my fair share of obstacles through which I’ve grown and developed personally and professionally. In addition to learning from my own experiences and managers, I am also an active participant in various external customer success, account management and sales communities.
What will the sessions look like?
As a mentee, you will learn about industry leading best practices in managing client relationships. You will learn about how to create and nurture strong champions, plan and execute in the success of your customers, and have a workflow that allows you to prioritize efforts and maximize impact for reaching your own kpi’s. You will also have the opportunity to discuss current challenges you are facing and collaborate on finding solutions to help you achieve your professional goals.
